DSS Remote Support

Windows · about 27 MB · no setup required

Download the app

Need a one-time fix? Just open the file — no installation. Want it always handy? Choose Install when it opens.

Antivirus blocked or deleted the file? That's a known false alarm — here's how to allow it.

Compatible with Windows 10 & 11

Two quick steps

What to do next

1

Open the file you downloaded

Double-click DSS-Remote-Support.exe. It opens straight away and is already connected to our team — nothing to set up. If Windows shows a "protected your PC" notice, click More info → Run anyway; that's normal for a newly published app.

2

Read your code to our agent

The app shows Your ID and a one-time password. Read both to your DSS agent on the phone. They connect to your screen — and you see everything they do.

If your antivirus blocks the download

Some antivirus programs flag remote-support tools as a precaution — because the same kind of tool can be misused by scammers. This is a false alarm. DSS Remote Support is our own app, it is digitally signed, and it is safe to keep. If your antivirus removed it, you can allow it back in a few clicks.

Windows Defender (Windows Security) +
  1. Open Windows Security, then Virus & threat protection.
  2. Under Protection history, find the blocked item (DSS-Remote-Support) and choose Actions → Allow (or Restore).
  3. If the file was already removed, download it again from this page.
Kaspersky +
  1. Open Kaspersky, then Settings → Threats and Exclusions (or open the Quarantine list).
  2. Select DSS-Remote-Support and click Restore.
  3. Optionally add it to Trusted applications / Exclusions so it isn't flagged again.
ESET / Avast / AVG +
  1. Open the antivirus and go to its Quarantine area (ESET: Tools → Quarantine · Avast/AVG: Protection → Virus Chest).
  2. Select DSS-Remote-Support and choose Restore (or Restore and add an exception).

Verify it's the genuine file

For peace of mind, you (or your IT team) can confirm the file is exactly the one we published. The official DSS-Remote-Support.exe has this SHA-256 fingerprint:

84087432def7e91cc93261d763c8c67c660f71ef8045db12760a913c3bd5918e

On Windows, run certutil -hashfile DSS-Remote-Support.exe SHA256 in a command prompt and compare. IT teams can allow-list the app by this fingerprint or by its digital signature.
